Information you provide

Our contact form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, and message. We use that information to respond to your inquiry, discuss a quote, and arrange requested services. The form sends your submission through Resend, our email delivery provider, to our business email. Correspondence may remain in our email records while we handle your inquiry and related business records.

Google Business Profile data

An authorized business account connects to Google using OAuth so our website can find the business profile and retrieve its reviews. The integration accesses business account and location identifiers, review information, reviewer display names, ratings, review text, and the overall rating and review count. Website visitors do not need to connect a Google account.

We use this data to display our business's reviews and rating on the website. The integration does not post reviews, reply to reviews, or edit the business profile. Review information is cached with our hosting provider, Vercel, to improve performance and keep reviews available during temporary connection failures. Each saved snapshot expires no later than 30 days after retrieval, and failed refreshes do not extend that period.

Google authorization credentials are held on the server and are not included in the public review display or review cache. The connected account owner can revoke the integration's access in their Google Account connections. Revoking access stops new retrievals; contact us to request removal of previously cached review information before its expiry. Reviews published on Google are managed through Google.

Google API data is used for this reviews feature, not for advertising targeting or sale. Our use of that data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Google Ads and cookies

This website uses Google Ads tags to measure advertising activity and successful contact form submissions. Google may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, and advertising identifiers, and may use cookies or similar technologies. The website's conversion event does not include the name, email address, phone number, or message entered in the contact form. Google handles information it receives under its own policies.

Service providers and security

Vercel hosts the website and its review cache. Resend delivers contact form emails. Google provides the reviews APIs and advertising services described above. These providers process the information needed to deliver their services and may maintain technical logs for operation and security. The website uses HTTPS and server-side configuration for its credentials. No internet service can guarantee complete security.
